Who we are

Information we collect
- Account information: the email address you use to sign in.
- Chat messages and files you submit to Game Plan.
- Only if you choose to connect Google: data from your Google account, as described below.
- Basic technical and usage logs needed to run and secure the service.
Google user data
- Gmail — scopes
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonlyandhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify(plus basic profile/email to identify the connected account). gmail.readonly is used to view your messages and settings — for example, to check your connection status and to read email threads when you ask Game Plan to. gmail.modify is used only to create a draft or send an email that Game Plan has prepared, and only when you tap Approve on that specific email. Game Plan never sends email without your explicit approval. - Google Drive — scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly. Used only to list, search and read your files when you ask Game Plan to find or use them in chat. Read-only: Game Plan never creates, modifies or deletes Drive files. - Google sign-in (OAuth) tokens are held by Lovable's secure Google connection service on Game Plan AI's behalf; Game Plan AI does not store them in plaintext. They are used only to provide these user-facing features.
- We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the features you request or as required by law, and do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized/non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Humans do not read this data except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
Game Plan AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI processing
Chat content (your messages, and any email or file content you ask Game Plan to work with) is sent to OpenAI to generate responses. OpenAI processes it as our service provider under its API terms; it is not used by us to train generalized AI models. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
How we use information
Only to provide, maintain and secure the features you use. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Data retention & deletion
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email lucasmelton4@gmail.com from your account email; we will delete it within 30 days.
Revoking access
- In the app, go to Connections and press Disconnect for Gmail or Google Drive.
- At any time, remove Game Plan AI's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services).
Revoking stops all further access.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including HTTPS/TLS in transit and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
Game Plan AI is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. See also our Terms of Service.
